We’ve been performing such inspections since 1997.  We are more than qualified with our years of experience, on the job training, and our on going training in the Category 12 (WDIR) Inspections Certification through the Department of Agriculture with the state of Ohio.

What is a WDIR?

A WDIR is a Wood Destroying Insect Report that a licensed WDIR inspector can provide you.  This report will tell you if the property you’re buying, selling, or currently residing in has termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, or powder post beetles.  The report will provide recommend treatment/s on the specific property.
